The International Journal of Žižek Studies intends to bring out a special issue of the journal for writings on Iberian/Latin American Studies. We welcome papers on a wide range of topics that either elaborate or critique the ideas of Slavoj Žižek as well as analysing and theorising Iberian/Latin American questions.
SAPC’s 4th meeting invites interdisciplinary contributions from across subjects in the arts, humanities and social sciences to engage with notions of popular culture. ’South Asian popular culture’ is defined in a broad and inclusive way to incorporate lived and textual cultures, the mass and new media, different ways of life, and discursive modes of representation.
