The argument that children who perform well academically come from "educated families" is an old notion in Swedish society. There are very heavy political motivators for this statement in an effort to preserve a social-democratic society.

I was raised and educated in the Swedish public system. Although I can agree that there is some correlation between students who perform well, and the academic background of their families, I would be cautious in accepting this to be a statement based on an unbiased interpretation of empirical data. The data is there, I am sure. However, the interpretation of this data is to me always suspect when issued by a Swedish institute. I suspect, and with good reason for being quite familiar with the Swedish social form, that the outcome was more or less predetermined prior to the data being in.

sir,
I have read the contents as mentioned above. What one can do if he knows the law? for example yesterday I was standing on the shop of fruit vendor. i asked him to give me glass of juice and he always sold what ever is prepared with him. He refused to grind fresh juice and I am of the view that they have 3 or 4 jugs with him and he deluted artifical colour in it and in the presence of customer he grind onlty one musmi ? but who will deter him? I will approach the civil surgeon either he will try to evade to do his duty and if done unwillingly the case will be roughed up and at the same time what more harm the shopkeeper will do? he will add some spurious thing by which one's swtomach will suffer.Nothing more than that. What is the use of my LL.M> qualification. When I asked the shopkeeper in subzi mandi Patiala(PB.) it is a looting of people. He said that he is not ready to sell the juice. What can a gentle man he has to compromise with situation
There is no end of woes. We daily see that in the name of festival the roads are blocked. Jagrata are done but at the cost of pollution .After serving langar the plate cup plates of paper made are thrown on the roads at the mercy of muncipality.Who bother for public. The jagratasare held on the road by blocking whole way and if onesome is in trouble in a ambulence what suffering he bear only the sufferer can tell.
The foremost necessity is that every public office, shopkeeper or other enterprenur must fix a telephone mobile No. wiith address of the authorities to whom he may give grievances.
